AirPods stem cells are accessed by carefully opening the stem (the part below the pod) — we use ultrasonic-assisted seal opening rather than prying to avoid damage to the speaker assembly above. New cell is installed, stem re-sealed with OEM-spec adhesive. Charging case cells are replaced separately by opening the case shell; Lightning-port cases (older AirPods Pro 1 and AirPods 2/3) and USB-C cases (newer AirPods 3 / Pro 2 / 4) follow the same approach with different access points.
