Pro and Pro Max models take longer to open because of the 'camera can' housing, and the 15 Pro / 16 Pro tetra-prism telephoto module is handled more carefully than earlier zoom modules given how delicate it is.

If the iPhone is OFF and you hear a slight rattle from the camera bump, that's normal Optical Image Stabilisation. If the iPhone is ON and you hear rattling AND your photos are blurry, the OIS module has failed and needs replacement.
