Real repair patterns at SPR

Galaxy S series is daily intake at SPR. The dominant issue on S22 and S23 generations is AMOLED green-line — a known panel-ageing pattern that surfaces after 12–24 months as a vertical green or pink line, sometimes paired with reduced touch response on one column. The fix is full OLED assembly replacement; the layer itself cannot be patched. S24 and S25 generations are mostly impact-damage walk-ins so far: cracked back glass, screen-glass-only crack with display still working, or front glass + display failure after a drop. S Pen digitizer failure shows up on S25 Ultra (and prior Note-line absorptions) as touch-without-pressure or no-detect; the fix is the digitizer flex inside the assembly. Battery replacement runs 30–60 minutes including proper adhesive re-seal. Charging-port flex replacement is 45–60 minutes; if a flex swap doesn't restore fast-charge, the fast-charge IC on the board is the next-step diagnosis at our Kepong HQ. Board-level work — no-boot after a failed update, post-liquid failures, no-network after impact — all routes to Kepong for ESD-safe bench work with proper micro-soldering equipment.

S Pen digitizer (S25 Ultra · prior Note-absorbed Ultras)

Touch-without-pressure or S Pen not detected. The digitizer is a flex layer inside the display assembly — it's a same-bench replacement with the screen.

Q.01My S22 has a green line — is it the screen or the board?[+]

Q.02Can you do glass-only repair on S Ultra without changing the whole screen?[+]
└─ Front-glass-only repair is available on S Ultra series when the display is still working — the AMOLED, touch, and digitizer all functional underneath a cracked front glass. If the display has any black spots, lines, dead zones, or touch failure after the drop, full assembly replacement is needed. Q.03My S Pen stopped detecting on my S25 Ultra — what's the fix?[+]
└─ S Pen no-detect or touch-without-pressure on S25 Ultra is usually the digitizer flex layer inside the display assembly. It's a same-bench replacement with the screen — fixable in under 60 minutes when the part is in stock. If the S Pen itself is damaged (battery cell or tip wear), we'll diagnose that on WhatsApp before charging for any digitizer work.
