iPhone Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues split into three causes: antenna flex damage (common after screen/battery work done elsewhere), Wi-Fi chip (Murata) solder failure needing reball, or iOS-side setting issue that we rule out free. Board-level cases are referred to Kepong HQ for chip-level micro-soldering with 4–24 hour turnaround.
4–24 hours depending on the cause, and we isolate it before quoting because the fixes differ a lot. First we rule out software with a network-settings reset. If Wi-Fi connects but is weak or drops, the usual cause is a damaged Wi-Fi / Bluetooth antenna flex — a counter-to-workshop repair to replace the flex, common after a drop or a careless previous repair that pinched it. The harder case is a greyed-out Wi-Fi toggle that won't turn on at all: that's typically a failed Wi-Fi IC on the logic board, and it needs board-level micro-soldering or a reball of that chip at our Kepong HQ. Bluetooth often shares the same circuitry, so when both fail together it points to the board. We tell you straight which it is after diagnosis — an antenna flex is affordable, a Wi-Fi IC reball is more involved — and the diagnosis is free so you know before you commit.
