Sales Manager

RM4,500 – RM7,000+ / month

Lead our sales team across 16 branches. You'll lift quote-to-repair conversion and accessory and pre-owned phone sales in our shops, and build repair and device business with companies, insurers and dealers. Commission on top of salary.

What you'll do

• Set monthly sales targets and track them branch by branch.
• Coach sales associates on quoting, closing and follow-up.
• Grow accessory and pre-owned phone sales in our shops.
• Find and look after corporate, insurer and dealer accounts.
• Work with marketing on promotions and check which enquiries turn into sales.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in sales, including leading a team; phones or electronics preferred.
• Experience winning and keeping B2B customers.
• Comfortable with targets, numbers and simple reports.
• Good Malay and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Driving licence and own transport.
