Project Lead

RM4,500 – RM6,500+ / month

Turn plans into results. You'll run our company projects — opening new branches, rolling out new systems to the shops, and partner projects — keeping every team on schedule from kick-off to finish.

What you'll do

• Plan timelines, split the work and follow up every week.
• Coordinate branches, head office, IT and suppliers.
• Train branch staff when a new system goes live and collect their feedback.
• Spot risks early and raise them before they become problems.
• Write a short review at the end of each project.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years coordinating projects or operations.
• Very organised and good at following up with people.
• Confident with Excel or Google Sheets and WhatsApp groups.
• Good Malay and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Retail or tech background is a plus.
