Repair Technician

Join our repair bench. You'll diagnose and fix smartphones, tablets and laptops for walk-in customers — screens, batteries, charging ports, water damage and board-level faults. Full training provided; we welcome both experienced technicians and motivated beginners willing to learn.

What you'll do

• Diagnose device faults and quote honestly.
• Replace screens, batteries, charging ports and other parts.
• Carry out board-level and water-damage repairs where possible.
• Test every device before handover and keep the bench tidy.
• Explain repairs to customers in plain language.

What we're looking for

• Careful hands and patience for small components.
• Basic English or Malay; Mandarin is a plus.
• Willing to learn our repair process — experience welcome, not required.
• Honest, reliable and punctual.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends.
