Retail Sales Associate

Help walk-in customers choose repairs, accessories and trade-ins. You'll be the friendly face at the counter — understanding what each customer needs and matching it to the right service.

What you'll do

• Greet walk-in customers and understand their needs.
• Recommend repair services, accessories and trade-in options.
• Prepare quotations and close sales honestly.
• Follow up on WhatsApp enquiries.
• Keep the display and counter tidy.

What we're looking for

• Friendly, confident and good with people.
• Basic English or Malay; Mandarin is a plus.
• Comfortable with smartphones and apps.
• Sales experience welcome but not required.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends.
