Retail Store Supervisor

Lead the team at one of our branches. You'll keep the shop running smoothly, support your people, and make sure every customer leaves happy.

What you'll do

• Run daily branch operations, including opening and closing the shop.
• Lead, schedule and support the branch team.
• Meet service and sales targets honestly.
• Handle escalations and tricky customer cases calmly.
• Keep stock, records and the shopfront in good order.

What we're looking for

• 1+ year leading a team in retail or a service business (preferred).
• Good spoken English or Malay; Mandarin is a plus.
• Calm under pressure and good with people.
• Comfortable with basic daily reports and stock counts.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends.
