Be the first point of contact for customers — at the counter, on the phone and on WhatsApp. You'll log devices in, keep customers updated and make sure every job runs smoothly.
What you'll do
- Receive customers and log their devices in clearly.
- Answer phone and WhatsApp enquiries promptly.
- Keep customers updated on their repair status.
- Handle handover, payment and warranty records.
- Coordinate between the customer and the repair bench.
What we're looking for
- Warm, patient and well-organised.
- Good written Malay or English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Comfortable with phone, WhatsApp and simple systems.
- Customer service experience welcome but not required.
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends.
