Be the first point of contact for customers — at the counter, on the phone and on WhatsApp. You'll log devices in, keep customers updated and make sure every job runs smoothly.

What you'll do

  • Receive customers and log their devices in clearly.
  • Answer phone and WhatsApp enquiries promptly.
  • Keep customers updated on their repair status.
  • Handle handover, payment and warranty records.
  • Coordinate between the customer and the repair bench.

What we're looking for

  • Warm, patient and well-organised.
  • Good written Malay or English; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Comfortable with phone, WhatsApp and simple systems.
  • Customer service experience welcome but not required.
  • Able to work retail hours, including weekends.
