SPR Express Midvalley sits in unit SK-02 at Mid Valley Megamall — a small express-format kiosk for shoppers and office workers who want a fix done while they shop. Most walk-ins are mid-shopping (Aeon, the Gardens, MV Megamall) or coming straight from work in the Bangsar South / KL Sentral / Mid Valley City corridor. Express format means we prioritise same-trip repairs: screen swaps, battery, charging port, water-damage triage. Bigger jobs (board-level micro-soldering, deep water-damage recovery) we still take, but we may transfer them to Kepong HQ and ship them back — board-level repairs take 1–2 weeks, and water-damage time is quoted after inspection. Mid Valley parking is straightforward — basement bays under the mall. Easiest entry is through the main concourse near the Mid Valley KTM link bridge.
