Located on Jalan Metro Perdana Timur 2 in Taman Usahawan Kepong, this is where every motherboard repair, board-level water-damage recovery, and complex IC reflow work in the SPR catalog is performed — branches across KL and Selangor route their workshop-level cases here. The full parts depot for every iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Apple Watch, and AirPods generation lives at Kepong; if a smaller branch needs a specific OEM-grade part next-day, it ships from this location. Walk-ins are welcome for any repair category — counter-level work returns same-day, board-level work takes 1–2 weeks, and water-damage time is quoted after inspection. Free parking on the slip-road; nearest LRT is Sri Delima on the Putrajaya line.
