The full parts depot for every iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Apple Watch, and AirPods generation lives at Kepong; if a smaller branch needs a specific OEM-grade part next-day, it ships from this location. Walk-ins are welcome for any repair category — counter-level work returns same-day, board-level work runs 24–48 hours. Free parking on the slip-road; nearest LRT is Sri Delima on the Putrajaya line.

When a smaller branch identifies a board-level fault during free diagnosis, the unit ships to Kepong for the actual repair, then ships back. Customers can also walk into Kepong directly for any motherboard case.
